Click Open System Preferences In System Preferences, click the lock at the bottom left corner to unlock. Nov 24, 2015 After the update to El Capitan, my Logitech mouse scroll wheel is very slow.. After you check the boxes, select Quit Now to restart the application and allow the changes to take effect.. Unplugging the USB receiver didn't fix it and the mouse wasn't recognized in downloading the Logitech Options app.. as in a pixel at a time slow I realize it was one of the issues and I have tried both suggestions with no luck.
